Beacon Resort is pleased to introduce our new trekking trails! Located in the Kalumpang Rainforest Jungle, right next to the resort, these trails offer guests a unique and unforgettable opportunity to experience the beauty of nature.

As you make your way up the forested hills, you’ll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the Beacon Resort and the Kalumpang area from two lookout points. Along the way, you’ll come across a lake, a rubber plantation, an oil palm plantation and even durian trees. Two steep climbs will test your endurance, but with a pair of grippy hiking shoes, a good sense of balance, and maybe the assistance of a climbing stick, you’ll be at the top in no time.

Once you reach the plateau, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest. Take a deep breath of fresh air and listen to the sounds of birds and insects. The act of walking outdoors can be meditative, helping us to focus on the present moment and reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety.

The estimated time required to complete this walk is approximately one and a half hours. This is a moderate walk, so it is suitable for people of all fitness levels. However, it is important to wear comfortable footwear and clothing.
