a) Check in: 15:00 | Check out: 12:00
b) Late check-out after 12:00, is chargeable at an additional of RM100/per room/per hour.
c) Resort Front Desk is open daily from 07:00 until 22:00.
d) Last check-in time will be at 19:00 on the arrival date. Falling which, your booking will be cancelled automatically, with no refund. Management reserve the right to auto release the room without any prior notice after the mentioned stated time.
2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
a) Rates quoted are excluding Sales & Services Tax (SST), which is imposed by Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
b) Rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and based on per room per night basis.
c) Payment is to be settled before the dateline given. Booking will be auto-release if payment is not received after the dateline.
d) Payment can be make thru bank transfer as follows:-

e) An interest charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding fees will be imposed.
f) Non-Malaysian guests are required to pay a RM10/per night/per room, Tourism Tax (TTX), which is imposed by Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
3. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon check-in, guests are required to place a Security Deposit of RM200/per room, by CASH or any major credit card i.e. VISA or MASTERCARD. Upon check-out, the Security Deposit will be refunded, however it may subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and in the unlikely event that the room is wilfully or negligently damaged, the deposit will be withheld for all repair and replacement costs.
Please be advised that for pre-authorization by credit card for Security Deposit, the pre-authorization withholding amount will be released between 7-14 days (working days), for it to be cleared by your credit card issuer bank.
Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. reserves its absolute rights to commence any legal action or proceedings against the guests in relation to any damages incurred to the rooms or to the property while in the premise. Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. also reserves its absolute rights to charge the credit card of the said damages incurred to the rooms or to the property without any notifications and if such costs of damages are unable to recover fully from the credit card, Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. shall commence a legal proceeding against the guests without prior notice.
5. GUARANTEED POLICY
A guaranteed number of persons and room requirements must be made known to Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. no later than 30 working days before the event date.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
a) Cancellation fees:
In the event should there be any cancellation after confirmation of any booking, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
– More than 29 days prior to arrival date : 20% of total value of reservation
– Less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival date : 25% of total value of reservation
– Less than 15 days but more than 6 days prior to arrival date : 50% of total value of reservation
– Less than 7 days prior to arrival date : 100% of total value of reservation
b) Booking date rescheduling & amendments:
In the event should there be any amendment after booking confirmation, the following admin fees shall apply:
– Changes on booking date : RM50 per time
– Changes on the number of guest, room type or any other changes from the initial booking : RM10 per time
In case of proven Covid-positive or any other unforeseeable emergency, a rescheduling may be granted at the Resort Manager’s and/or Front Office Manager’s discretion with the documentations provided as below:
i. Covid Positive Rescheduling
– Official test results taken at a clinic or hospital (PCR or RTK) and,
– Screenshot of MySejahtera Covid-19 Home Isolation or Surveillance Order
ii. Emergency Rescheduling
Guests who wish to postpone or amend booking date after booking confirmation in any emergency circumstances are required to provide a written notice at least 1 (one) week before the arrival date. Failing to do so, a last-minute cancellation fee will be imposed as mentioned above.
7. EARLY CHECK-OUT / NO SHOW POLICY
No refund will be granted for early check-out or no-show booking.
8. NON SMOKING POLICY
The Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. is strictly a “Non Smoking” Resort. Any guest found violating the policy will be charge with a cleaning fee of RM250 per stay. Charge will be posted on guest’s room account accordingly. Payment will be collected upon check-out at Front Desk.
9. NO DURIAN AND MANGOSTEEN POLICY
Durian and mangosteen are prohibited. Any guest found violating the policy will be charge with a cleaning fee of RM250 per stay. Charge will be posted on guest’s room account accordingly. Payment will be collected upon check-out at Front Desk.
10. PROHIBITED ITEMS
Guest(s) is not allowed to bring in to the Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. room as per the followings :
a) no pets, livestock
b) drone (drone flight is not allowed without permission)
c) any firework, firearms or deadly weapons
d) any non-prescribed drugs, flammable liquid, bio hazard, heavy
e) any electronic/electrical appliances which may interfere or obstruct with the Resort’s computer network/systems
f) any other items which may disrupt directly or indirectly our resort operation or interrupt other guests’ stays in our resort
Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of any of the prohibited items. Guests shall be held solely liable and responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.
11. EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY
The proprietors, management and employees of the Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for nor shall they accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage however sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of this agreement, whether direct or indirect and including consequential losses arising out of any of the activities of this Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. or in any way whatsoever which does not arise from any negligent act or omission of the proprietors, management and employees.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. is not liable to the other for delay in or failure to render any performance specified herein when any such delay or failure is caused by fire, act of war, terrorist attack, natural disaster, accident, epidemic, riot, civil disturbance, strike, lock-out, act of God, force majeure, requisition, disruption of ordinary means of transportation or communication, government regulations or any cause beyond the control of the Parties hereto as the case may be. The aggrieved Party will notify the other Party by any means, within three (3) weeks after the occurrence of such event and the Parties will as soon as possible proceed to decide on the future course of action.
The Agent/Corporate/Church/Organizer shall not disclose or permit to be disclosed the provisions of this Booking Enquiries or the substance thereof, information relating to the accommodation rates or any other information relating to Beacon Resort Sdn. Bhd. which is confidential. The Agent/Corporate/Church/Organizer shall take all appropriate measures to prevent such disclosure. The Agent/Corporate/Church/Organizer shall be responsible for any disclosure by any of the foregoing persons.
14. Beacon Resort reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
