1. Download, complete and sign the Declaration & Disclaimer form and hand it in at the resort reception counter.
2. Drinking bottle (water dispenser near dining area).
3. Outfit for hot spring – swimwear/ fitness clothing.
4. Covered/sports shoes/long pants for jungle trekking (no slippers allowed).
5. Mosquito/ insect repellent.
6. Personal amenities: TOOTHBRUSH, TOOTHPASTE.
5 steps to check-in:
- Stop your car at the resort reception.
- Unload your luggage and passengers.
- Park your car in the parking area.
- Present your IC / Passport at the resort reception for booking and payment verification.
- Collect your key cards and wristbands.
5 steps to check-out:
- Leave your room before 12 noon.
- Take your luggage to the dining hall.
- Return key cards and wristband.
- Take your lunch.
- The buggy will take you and your luggage back to the parking area.
